It amazes me that the biggest obstacles the we create are the ones inside of ourselves. When i was younger I remeber it dawning on me that there are only 2 steps to accomplishing anything in the universe.
1. Knowing what to do
2. Doing it
It's so easy to think about how that is freeing, but recently I've realized how much pressure it puts on you to know and understand the limitations in yourself and slowly tear them down to accomplish the things you want in your life. And that having accomplished something once does not mean that you can do it again. Every act, is an accomplishment of some sort in our lives. Won through knowledge and action, deliberate or in-deliberate, for good or ill.So in a way failures are either through lack of knowledge or lack of that elusive inner-thing that would have allowed us success, and I think the later is the most devastating, especially when you forget that the only reason for the failure was and obstacle within you, not something external.
