“Elsie…” Kurt said with a sigh as his cousin dragged him down the street. “Couldn’t I have just stayed at home? I’m not a club person.”

“Nein! You are going out with me at least once while you are here,” Elsie said as she pulled Kurt into a long line outside of a club in Berlin. “You need to have fun.”

“I have fun,” Kurt argued as he crossed his arms across his chest.

“You do not,” Elsie replied. “Singing and watching musicals is nice, but you need to get out and let loose every now and then. You’re always so uptight, you need to relax.”

“And I have to do that at a club?” Kurt asked.

“Ja,” Elsie nodded. “You are seventeen, Kurt. So we are going to go in, get you a beer, and then I am going to drag you out to the dance floor. Maybe find you a cute boy to dance with.”

“Don’t you dare, Elsie!” Kurt exclaimed.

“I told you, you need to have fun,” Elsie stated.

“That does not mean I need you to find me a boy!”

Elsie just nodded but didn’t say anything as they had reached the front of the line and the bouncer checked their IDs before letting them inside, Kurt with a stamp on his hand showing that he was old enough for beer, but not liquor, while Elsie didn’t need a stamp as she was already eighteen.

Elsie dragged Kurt up to the bar and ordered a drink for both of them then stared at Kurt until he gave in and drank his. Nodding to herself, she ordered Kurt a second drink and waited until he drank it before dragging him out to the dance floor.

A couple hours later, Elsie grinned as her cousin laughed, finally relaxed enough to have fun. He was dancing in the middle of a small group of guys while Elsie danced nearby, keeping an eye on the younger teen. A moment later, Kurt broke away from the guys he was dancing with and leaned in close to Elsie.

“I’m gonna go get another drink and take a break,” he told her, raising his voice so she would be able to hear him over the music.

Elsie nodded and watched as Kurt made his way to the bar before turning back to her current dance partner.

Kurt leaned against the bar and signaled the bartender for a beer and a bottle of water. He gulped down half the bottle of water to get rid of his thirst before taking a sip of his beer. Leaning back against the bar, he watched Elsie dancing and having fun. Now that he had been there for a while, he could grudgingly admit that maybe he had needed to get out and have some fun.

“Hallo.”

Kurt turned at the sound of the voice so close to his ear to see a cute boy leaning against the bar next to him, a smile on his face. The boy had straight black hair with white shot through it that framed his face, with dark eyeliner and shadow around his eyes and a hoop through his right eyebrow. He was wearing a pair of jeans that were just slightly loose on him and a t-shirt that hugged his upper body along with a plain black choker around his neck. It wasn’t a look Kurt would normally like, but it all seemed to fit this boy perfectly.

“Hi,” Kurt replied with a smile of his own.

“You looked really good on the dance floor,” the boy said and Kurt had to take a moment to translate the German to English, his eyes narrowing slightly as he did so.

“Danke,” he replied, thanking the boy before biting his lip as he worked out what he wanted to say. “Do you know English?” he asked slowly, trying to make sure he didn’t mess up any of his words.

The boy nodded. “Ja. I am not as good at speaking it, but I can,” he replied. “Do you not know German?”

“I do,” Kurt replied, “but I’m really rusty. I don’t use if very often since I live in the US and all of my family here knows English.”

The dark haired boy nodded with a smile. “I’m Bill.”

Kurt smiled back at him. “Kurt.” He paused for a second as he looked at the other boy before ducking his head slightly, looking up at Bill through his lashes. “Can, uh, can I get you a drink?” he asked shyly.

Bill grinned at him in response. “Only if you dance with me after,” he replied and Kurt grinned as well.

“Deal,” Kurt said before motioning to the bartender for a beer for Bill. Handing the beer to Bill, Kurt caught Elsie’s gaze as he glanced back out at the dance floor and blushed as the older girl winked at him.

“What is it?” Bill asked as he noticed the flush spreading over Kurt’s cheeks.

Kurt shook his head. “Just my cousin,” he replied. “She’s kind of evil.”

“Why is she evil?” Bill asked with a laugh as he took a drink of his beer.

“I’m not really a club person, but she dragged me out here,” Kurt replied.

“I can’t say I’m sorry for that,” Bill said as he grinned at Kurt. “If she hadn’t made you come out, I wouldn’t have met you.”

Kurt nodded. “I know. And I’m having a really good time,” Kurt said. “Which she is never going to let me live down. Especially since she’s seen me talking to you.”

Bill laughed again and finished off his beer before holding a hand out to Kurt. “How about that dance?” he asked.

Kurt nodded and finished off his beer as well. “I’d love to.”

The two headed for the dance floor and were soon pressed close together as they moved to the music. Bill’s hands rested on Kurt’s hips while Kurt’s arms draped over the taller boy’s shoulders, their hips pressed as close as clothing would allow.

Kurt glanced over Bill’s shoulder and groaned as he caught sight of Elsie grinning at him. Feeling the urge to bang his head against the wall, he instead let it drop down to rest against Bill’s shoulder, his face buried in the curve where Bill’s shoulder met his neck so that he wouldn’t have to see the absolutely evil grin on his cousin’s face. That look could mean nothing good for him; tons of fun for Elsie, but nothing good for him.

“Are you okay?” Bill asked and Kurt shuddered slightly at the feel of his hot breath on his ear.

Kurt nodded as he pulled back to look at Bill, smiling reassuringly. “Just my cousin again,” he replied before looking at Bill thoughtfully, as though trying to make a decision.

“What?” Bill asked curiously.

Kurt bit his lip slightly and blushed as the action drew Bill’s attention for a moment before the other boy met his gaze again, still looking curious but with a more than a little bit of lust as well. “Oh, what the hell,” Kurt muttered with a slight shrug. “If I’m gonna get shit for this, I might as well do what I want and make it worth it.”

Bill looked slightly confused at Kurt’s mutterings for a split second before the smaller boy leaned up and kissed him. Moaning softly, Bill returned the kiss and deepened it as he slid his arms around Kurt’s waist, trying to pull the brunet impossibly closer.

Kurt whimpered slightly as he felt Bill’s tongue trace over his lips before parting them to grant the other boy entry as they continued to move together on the dance floor. He gasped in surprise then moaned as he felt the metal of Bill’s tongue ring brush along the top of his mouth and against his own tongue. Kurt moved his hands up tangle his fingers in Bill’s hair, deepening the kiss even more.

Their worlds seemed to narrow down to just the two of them as they got lost in each other, in the feel of lips on lips and bodies moving together. Neither boy was sure just how much time passed while they were wrapped up in each other, kissing and dancing in the middle of the club, but they both agreed that it wasn’t long enough when they were interrupted by someone pointedly clearing their throat right next to them and reaching out to touch Bill’s shoulder.

The two boys broke apart and turned to look blinkingly at the dreadlocked boy standing next to them looking regretful.

“I’m really sorry to break this up, but we have an early morning and David will kill us if we’re late,” the boy said, looking at Bill apologetically.

Bill sighed and nodded in resignation. “I’m sorry, Kurt, but I have to go,” he said, regret obvious in his voice. “I have work tomorrow.”

Kurt sighed as well, but nodded his understanding. “It was really nice to meet you, Bill,” he said with a smile.

Bill returned the smile and leaned in to give Kurt one last quick kiss before turning to follow the other boy through the crowded dance floor toward the door.

A moment later Kurt saw Elsie step up next to him out of the corner of his eye. His cousin sighed as she looked at him.

“Ya know, teasing you would be a lot more fun if you didn’t look like someone had just taken away your favorite toy and told you you’d never get it back,” she said as she took in the look on Kurt’s face. “Now it would just feel like I was kicking a puppy or something…”

Kurt merely shrugged, still staring toward the door, and Elsie sighed again.

“Come on, Kurt, let’s go home,” she said. “I think we have a gallon of ice cream in the freezer with your name on it.”

Kurt just nodded and followed his cousin out of the club, most of him wishing that Bill hadn’t had to leave and they were still out on the dance floor together. And that small part of him that wasn’t wishing for that? Well, he’d never admit it, but that part of him was wishing that he’d been able to leave with Bill.
