30 Day Book Challenge Day 16
Yesterday's challenge was to name your favorite male character. I couldn't decide so I chose three; Bruce Wayne, Eric Northman, and Fitzwilliam Darcy. Today's challege is to name your favorite female character. To keep it even, I decided to name my three favorite females.
Sookie Stackhouse is an amazing, well rounded character and the heroine of Charlaine Harris' Southern Vampire Mysteries. She's so likeable and Harris' writing style makes her a delight to root for.
Jane Eyre is a wonderful character in her own right. After having a rough childhood, she is sent to the Lowood School for Girls. Though she is spirited, she fits in wonderfully at the school. In the novel of the same name, its hard not to want Jane to succeed in winning Mr. Rochester's hand. And when she discovers her dark secret, she refuses to let herself be compromised which is very admirable.
Elizabeth Bennet. She's strong, opinionated, and spirited. But she's not without fault either. She's an amazing character and the love interest of Mr. Darcy. She's an amazing character that is an absolute joy to read.
