Sure I'll give this a shot :)
I choose:
Nanophilia - Attraction to short people.
Sacofricosis - The practice of cutting a hole in the pockets of trousers so that a person can masturbate (usually in public).
And
Apodyopsis: The act of mentally undressing someone.
Surreptitious: Secretive, sneaky.

(will I still be able to use the first word since someone else has already chosen it?)

Oh I have one more question, if you don't mind answering it.
Do we have to come right out and say the fetish or can we just state it at the beginning and describe it in the fic?

And yes you write about the fetish, and incorporate your word into it. By the way if you're using to fetishes and 2 words you have to do it all in one story.
