Sample Host Club Event Planning

May 05, 2011 19:53

For the host club event I have two separate ideas and will leave up by vote as to which we do. I will post the final decision and details, as well as the log, on Wednesday or Thursday of this next week so that it can get underway prior to Valentine's Day and will hopefully not drag on quite as long as the Halloween log did.

The choice comes between two separate themes, Paris By Night Valentine's Day or Elegant Victorian Valentine. The details for each are included below. Both would take place mid-day somewhere between noon and two.

Paris by Night Valentine's Day
Location of the party: Hotel ball room or Host club room.
Color scheme: Red, white and blue, the colors of the French Tricolor flag.
Decorations: Tables will be set with a white linen tablecloth. A glass vase filled with roses and a votive candle with an Eiffel Tower motif gracing them. There will also be a cake with snowy white frosting is topped with an Eiffel Tower. A sparkling champagne sparkling grape juice fountain sends up sprays of champagne. There will be a separate champagne fountain for those guests who are of age. Red hearts decorate the ceiling and walls, and chocolate red-foiled hearts mark each guest's place setting. French-style coffee cups (the kind that are shaped like a large tea cup) stand ready to be filled with a frothy latté or instant coffee. White lights line the tops of walls.
Entertainment: Sound of a violinist playing traditional Parisian street serenades. As well as a Tamaki possibly playing similar pieces on the piano. Yes Otosan it is something that only you can do.
