Birthday Post & etc
A little late I know, but eh, what can you do?
So, my birthday (Golden Birthday at that) was this Thursday. First off I want to extend a huge thank you to those of you who wished me a happy birthday on your LJs & other means.
Anyways, my day at work that day was pretty bad. That was the only time I have ever been actually mad at work; Angie goes "you looked PISSED" the next day XD I was. I stayed late and missed my bus because the new guy didn't help worth crap with clean-up so I did it all by myself. Missing my first bus consequently made me miss my third bus which made me really late for Games Club which I had been specifically asked to attend by Ken & co. Finally got there and only got to stay for about 15 minutes inside and chatted outside for about 10.
Yah know when everyone forgets it's a special occasion except one person, then that one person brings it up and everyone else then pipes in "OH YAH! Happy (event)?" That so happened LOL Guess who was the one person who remembered to wish me a happy birthday without following the lead of everyone else? Joey. Yes, I was shocked. And I was twice as shocked when the day before this (Wednesday) he messaged me for the very first time without me messaging him first since he dumped me.
Anyways, Ken wasn't even there and he was the one who made the biggest thing about asking me to come even though I was going out for dinner LOL Ricky gave me his laptop to brorrow so I was most happy. Unfortunately now though it seems to have the same troubles as mine, so I don't know if having it will help much at the moment. Might just have to wait till mine comes back T_T
Family came to grab me from the school and the four of us (me, mom, dad, sis) went to dinner: Greek food! *_* Yum, it was very good! Mom and sis gave me a card each. My mom is buying me a tattoo for my b-day, and in my sis's card she says that she'll buy me a peircing for my present LOL and that I should get the ear nub done XD My dad gave me his present when we got back home: The new Taiko Drum game for PS2 ^.^

Has anyone tried the Eye Toy for PS2? I'm contemplating getting it since the new DDR works with it at the same time as the feet pads (that should be mind-bogglingly interesting). Today I bought the Mega Man Collection game; boo yah baby, retro all the way XD Also saw "Electra." It wasn't that good @_@ Thought it might be one of those movies that are empowering to women since there's not many movies/games with a lead female warrior like that but it wasn't. Thought at the very least it'd be action packed and it wasn't that either. To sum it up in one word: Boring.
Anyways, I now have a paid account for two months, and I'd like to thank Lin for that (tis my X-Mas present which we decided to wait a bit on since I was outta town). I LOVE the new layouts available, and of course you KNOW I'm just squeeling at being able to have more icons XD I thought the new limit was 10 icons but I checked and I was wrong, it's FIFTEEN!!!!!! *_* I'll have to make that my top priority when my lappy comes back because right now I have none of my photos and my room is in shambles since we took it apart to paint this weekend so I'm not even gonna be able to use Ricky's laptop for a few days.
