I am giving up certain fast foods; mainly, the hamburger and chicken nugget/strip type. In short, I am mainly giving up McDonalds & A&W dinner foods. I will still eat McDonald's breakfast because it doesn't upset my stomach but the others do. At least I think so; I am sick as HELL toady and I can't see anything else that woulda upset my stomach from yesterday other then the McDics I had (had an omlette for breakfast and pork chop, noodles & salad for lunch). Won't be a big loss for me anyways; I've never been terriably fond of fast food anyways. I'd much rather have a sub or something anyday. I told my mom about this revalation of mine and she says it's probably the FRIED fast foods that upset my stomach cuz I told her that McDonalds and A&W bother me (I felt like this too the day after I had A&W in Brampton) but quasadias from Taco Bell and subs from Sub Garden & Subway don't bother me, so what she said makes sence to me. This goal won't be hard to achieve, because I never ate fast food all that often to begin with.
Goodbye McDonalds.
Goodbye A&W.
I won't miss the either of you.
I want my health back, and neither of you will stop me.
I HATE throwing up.
