OHMYGOD, YOU GET ME!! *pets you* My heart was cracking and breaking and aching so bad during that whole arc! I'd had a ton of episodes to catch up to (was only up to the Thriller Bark saga) and I watched them all in one go, cried a fountain, had to read the chapters but it wasn't. enough. I *NEEDED* Ace and Ace x Luffy was screaming at me for the first time since I started the series years back. Yelling how obvious it is and how I should have paid more attention before. ;_;

Mind you, I still adore their brotherly bond but I'm starting to see the potential longing it could involve and evolve into something much more... well yeah.

GAHH!! LawLu!!! OMGOMGOMG. I just. I don't even. I mean, he came out ALL THE WAY to Marineford... Just. To. Save. Luffy. Yeah, that's all the proof I need to slash them something fierce. I had to redefine manly and masculinity and um, awesome after seeing him in action and his flashback (I definitely cried like a baby then too... kazoku and kaizoku, ah~ my heart aches...)!

Honey, just WATCH and be in AWE. Oh yeah, and cry like wet truck ran over your eyes at Ace's flashback [spoiler]and dying with a smile on his face[/spoiler], Whitebeard's EPIC and all of their dreams and hopes tying in together and how, guh, just how it's just so heart-wrenchingly touching and uplifting and SAD SAD SAAAAAAAAAAD. Every time I listen to a song that's mildly melancholic I think of them and just... just I don't know, die a little and tear up.

OH! But Luffy is to be worshiped! I mean, LUFFYYY!!!!!!! I wish I were his nakama too, lol.
