Names?
Hey there,
I'm relatively new to this fandom, as I've been watching the fansubs of the show only since the beginning of last week. I'm on episode 48 so far, can you say addicted? Yeah. Heh. I love this show but the only thing that bothers me is the confusion there seems to be about the character names.
I've seen Gwendal's last name listed as von Walde in the fansubs but von Voltaire online (Wikipedia for example) and I've also seen Günter's as von Christ and von Kleist (also in Wikipedia). And I've seen Konrad, Conrad, and Conrart all over the place so...
Can anybody tell me which is correct? Because apparently they vary from person to person and I was just wondering if there is even a general consensus on how they should be spelled? This has been driving me crazy all day!
I went back through about 100 entries or so in this community to make sure this topic hadn't been talked about, so unless I'm going blind (which is a distinct possiblity) I don't think anyone has posted about this in the recent past.
