An open question to the community:
Is anyone familiar with the “OMG!” RPs? I know of three: omg_symphonia, omg_starwars, and omg_rl_rp. All three are based off of the now-dead omg_naruto.
The idea of the game is this: there exist In-Character (IC) and Out Of Character (OOC) versions of every character. By some strange twist of omnipotent authors fate, the IC and OOC versions of all the characters are suddenly thrown together into the same world. They meet and are stunned by this amazing turn of events. Stunned, I say! Wackiness ensues.
Each version is played by a different person, meaning there would be two people playing Yuuri, two Wolframs, etc. This also means that we would need twice as many people as a regular RP. It's for this reason that I'm hesitant to just go out and do it, since if I make the community, I want to be sure there are going to be enough people to play. I don't want it to die right after it's made.
Now, here’s my question. I've checked and didn't see an OMG! RP for KKM. If I started an OMG! RP, would people here be interested in and committed to playing? There are almost nine hundred members in this community, and I’m sure there have to be a few people who'd enjoy this. I can easily see a few active members having a lot of fun with OOC Yuuri and his harem court while IC Yuuri flips out. XD I’ve been lurking around omg_symphonia for a while, and they’ve got a lot of great players over there. It’s lots of fun, and I think it would be great if we could get some interested players and start our own. Come on, everyone’s doing it!
