lol! It does look a little awkward. I feel like Yuuri looks a bit older than 16 as well...there's just something off and i can't put my finger on it.

Well, not as bad as I'd imagined when I saw the cast list... but I'm bracing myself for Wolfram >_<

I think that KKM is the type of series where anything live action will have some levels of disappointment. When canon specifies that mazoku are amazingly gorgeous and Wolfram is so beautiful that he literally wakes the dead. I can't see any actor in our real world good looking enough to play him.

Well, musicals haven't ALWAYS been horrible in their variations. I mean Prince of Tennis hit the pretty bishounen angle in EVERY possible way (some actors more perfect than others). I think the castings perception of the characters is different than ours, which sucks, but when you think about it...fans could totally cast this show better than professionals. Lol.

Still think the actor for Yuuri is too pretty. Maybe it's just me, but I always envisaged him as cute, not pretty.

I think with Yuuri, they might have done to much styling to the actor. A more natural look would have worked better, in my personal opinion. I think with Murata and Yuuri who are meant to be commonly Japanese, a more natural look with minimal styling would be best. But that's just my opinion.

Yeah, first thing I thought when I saw Gunter was that he looked beautiful!
