Why did scanlations stop?

I was wondering why translation and scanlations stopped for kyou kara maou since chapter 22 (now the manga is at 61)

Does anyone know why? Is it because of the decreasing popularity? (it used to be very popular)

By the way, I dug out an old translated text, by yours truly, from the novel.
