This meme is similar to one posted in 2006, which was a big success, but with changes.
I'm posting it is because I'm sure plenty of new fans have entered the fandom since 2006, and they may want to briefly talk about their character preferences. Secondly, I'm sure old fans too might like to re-express themselves.

1. The character I loved right away from the beginning:
Wolfram. Handsome and unique, inside and out.
2. The character I'm more fond of now than I was earlier:
Yuuri
3. The character I'm not as fond of now as I was earlier:
Conrad, Cecilie and Jennifer (reasons later)
4. The character I'm fond of, though most fans aren't:
Elizabeth. A feisty girl, who's amazing with a sword and who loved Wolfram for...60 years?
5. The character I'm not fond of, though most fans are:
a)Conrad. Ridiculously perfect to the point of being bland, for me at least. There is a flaw, but it's his terrible sense of humour, and I'm usually a sucker for a good sense of humour.
b)Cecilie. She was great at shirking her responsibilities and dumping them on her brother or sons, while she was off on some love cruise. I mean, how often does a female monarch come along? Secondly, she treats Wolfram like a doll rather than a young man, always talking about his love life & how much he looks like her, while she gives her elder sons their due. The mollycoddling is exasperating after a while, for me at least.
c)Jennifer. I'd really like her if it weren't for the fact that she doesn't know where to draw the line with her frivolity. Baby Yuuri in dresses is adorable, but teenage boys? Up to a point. Not after that.
6. The character I'd befriend
a)Yozak. He's fabulous, and needs more appreciation.
b)Gisela. She too needs more appreciation.
7. The character I'd shag (this was a big hit last time):
a)Wolfram. Any time, any place, any position.
b)Yozak.
If only I had a penis so I could be the seme!
8. The character I want to be like:
Annissina. Her brand of awesomeness makes her a perfect role model for Greta. And she has the men under her thumb!

As for her sons... she fawns over and coddles them all, though in different ways. And, yes, she coddles Wolfram the most, but he is the youngest of the three and therefore her baby, and I believe there's some part of every mother that is always going to look at their last child as "the baby," no matter how old or accomplished they may become. I think she looks at Wolfram and sees a bit of herself in him as well; not just her looks, but her passion for love, and she responds to that by coddling him (as if giving him all that love and attention herself would make it easier for him to work through the heartbreak she's all too familiar with). Her older sons seem to be getting by just fine on her own, and while Wolfram's more or less an adult as far as demons go, I think he still needs his mother more than Gwendal and Conrad do, and she knows that. Again, she doesn't always go about it in the best way, but its better than neglecting him (which I'm assuming is what his father did; so there's that, too - having to make up for his father's neglect).

Neither Yuuri nor Lady Flurin planned on becoming rulers. And the odds against them ruling efficiently were overwhelming. A widow who lives a half life for the sake of her country? A teenage schoolgoer thrown headlong into an alien universe? Not to mention, neither exactly have hugely extended life spans. And Flurin didn't even have an abundance of wealth and maryoku. Yet they're both so conscientious.
Sure Lady Cecilie regretted her uselessness, which probably redeems her to some extent. She had eveything going for her. Resources? Check. Maryoku? Check (one of the three most powerful women in the kingdom). Life span? Check. Experience with former rulers? Check. And yet her love cruises couldn't wait for post abdication.
*shrugs* Disappointing.

As for the late response to your other comment, I do think you did say that it's never too late. Late responses happen all the time for various reasons. Nobody really does them on purpose.
I ask that you please respect that and stop trying to force people to accept your way of thinking.
If I forced people, I'd be bashing anyone & everyone who, in this meme & outside, said that they hated my favourite character/pairing. Intolerance abounds in fandom, & the reason for this meme was so that people can comfortably voice their likes/dislikes without striking up debates or having people question why they said they dislike a certain character.
Thank you, & I part ways.
