I've seen Julia's brother's name translated as "Delchias" in two different places, but that's not exactly right. The katakana for it is デル.キアスン so it should end in an N, but I'm not sure what that would translate to for an actual name. Also the space in it (it's a dot between the words, not a period, I just am not sure how to make it on the keyboard at the moment lol) is a little perplexing.

If you find anything out that could be similar to that, let me know, too. I'm curious.

Though now I'm wondering (about that space in his name), if Julia's name was "Suzanna Julia" then I'm wondering if her brother's name is similar in having two names.

That "Derquiashian" somehow seems to make the most sense since it actually ends with an N `-` I looked into it for a while earlier but couldn't find anything plausible. The name Saralegui, though, is also a surname so even if that were the case, I guess it wouldn't be that strange for the series.

Seriously, though, their parents. "Let's name this one Julia! And this one can be Derquiashian!!" ...fail. The closest I could come up with, trying for two separate names, was like Del Kyson. Haha.

Yeah seems like Delchias is the best translation possible. Wonder if there'll ever be an official spelling, but doubt it...

Oh, and I just read the first one, and I love LOVED loved Yuuri described Gunter:

I give up trying to speak as soon as I see his face. It's that beautiful: I mean, really beautiful, super-beautiful, ultra fully beaut-um, beautiful.

And how he sees Wolfram, awww, I now I understand why I see Yuuri describing Wolfram as in angel in so much fic, I thought it was fanon, but it's totally book canon.

Oh God yes, the mpreg, the MPREG THING!!! It's not really my thing so I was like 'what the hell is with all the mpreg' and figured it was because Yuuri and Wolfram adopted Greta so they just wanted more babies in their story and Mpreg is popular in some fandoms where it's not canon. And then I found it was canon and was like 'uhuh'.

Hmm, mpreg is cannon?

Well I saw it twice mentioned in two different profiles, so maybe it isn't and they were misinformed or on crack, but it would explain a lot. Personally, nothing will make me hit the back button faster then when I find the story is about pregnancy or babies*, and Wolfram is always the one pregnant and just no, just no people, I'm sorry.

And in ff.net people have this sneaky way of not mentioning it in their warnings and introducing it about 10 chapters later.

There is hardly any gen in any fandom that I've ever been in. And the more characters in the series, the less chance of gen.

*I can handle babies sometimes if they don't become the main focus of the story, and if plot line doesn't hinge around the baby.

But what about all the great pairings we have here like Cheri/Raven and Hube/Nicola and Anissina/Gwendal and Adelbert/Julia and Jennifer/Shouma...?! KKM has great gen pairings. Wish more people cared about them xD

I wish people would write more about the canon female characters, I notice a lot of people spend a lot of effort creating elaborate original female character but then ignore Ulrike, Anissina, Gisela etc etc.

As for canon pairings, I can sortave see why people dont' write about them, most stories, and the ones I like to read and write is about the thrill of bringing them together, if they are already canon, that takes the fun away to an extent, and I've always loved reading non-canon pairings because of that. Having said that, I am fascinated by Julia/Adelbert and the possibility of Gisela/Adelbert (but the latter isn't canon...).
