I always wanted to do a cosplay! And I wanted to be either Yozak or Conrad!
Though I don't know whether I'll be able to...When is the latest you'd need to know?

I wouldn't need to know, there's not like a deadline date, you can turn up to the con on the day and queue if you needed, but you can get tickets in advance so you can skip the queues.
