Adding to the Meet up-trend going on

Since everyone seems to be doing it...

Great things occur at meet ups! I know there's plotting of one but before you have a meet up you need to fangirl like crazy make friends! So, we should find similar traits, because it's always easier to make friends that way. I'll start!

You can call me Shuugi, even though my thing says inuconen . I turn 19 ( Read more... )

Call me whatever you please, just as long as I know you're talking to me. I'm 17 (18 in August, woo =D) and have just gotten my college acceptance letters. Yay me~ I live in NYC and can point out all the best anime stores and restaurants. I'll tour you guys if you ever come. ;D

I ship everyone x everyone. I'm really not partial to any pairings, I love them all! :3 But if I REALLY had to choose an OTP, it would be either YuuRam or Shinou/Daikenja(Murata). ;3

no need to give me a tour of NYC! You know Kinokuniya for sure then, right? Theres this section of novels, if you go in you can run into the section of KKM novels they have and just wish they had them in English xD it hurts my soul!

Yuuram YAY! and the series is made for shipping xD everyone...seriously it's terrible!

Hello East coast fellow New Yorker! I am a ex-NY D: lol

I used to practically live in Kinokuniya! One of the clerks even knew my name, no lie! I haven't been there since summer, though, too busy buying DVD's.

I used to live in CT when I was younger. =3 For about... 4 years. Then I moved back to NY. (I kinda miss CT, now, though... so many memories...)

I think we need to ravage the KKm collection they have one day. then off handedly demand it in english

Kinokuniya unfortunately, probably wouldn't be able to do much about that. Tokyopop is the one translating some novels, right? Let's spam their Inbox. >333

I can actually somewhat read Japanese, but not enough to actually pick up anything resembling a plotline. I understand alot more spoken than I do written. Which is the only reason I started buying the Season 3 DVD's. (That, and I'm an obsessed fangirl. xD I probably would have bought them either way, but just have memorized the translations.)

If I had a job, I'd have plenty of money to go there. But there's literally nothing! Stupid economy... D

I think it is Tokyopop, I heard something about it along time ago but that was a year ago.

I need to learn it xD It would be a dream to buy anime and not have to read the subtitles! Maybe one of these days...

it is really hard to find a job, I have one but it gives me almost no hours, hopefully I can get a new one. If you live IN the city, theres got to be something out there? D:

I don't live in Manhattan, no. Too expensive. D; But imagine? That'd be sweet...

Bakeries, drug stores, local restaurants, hell, I even tried McDonald's, and they said they either weren't hiring or are full. Which is basically the same thing. I could always be a lifeguard at school, but I can't swim, so... >.>;

I can't understand big words, like, names of Governmental Agencies, sicknesses, or things along those lines, but KKM is fairly simple to understand, at least for me. I pretty much understand everything, save for a few sentences with big words xD. I even translated a Drama CD once. =D You don't realize how much you actually know until you put yourself to the test. :3

I used to live in white plains, manhattan is really...expensive xD

Well In CT I've worked at a movie theater, target, clothes store try one of those big stores. I'm sure you'll find something. Sometimes job hunting is exhausting in itself, it's so downharting D:

I vaguely used to know alot, because my best friend spoke it at home so I'd be over there all the time. But now I live in Ct so. Some of my friends can read it though.

I'm going to add you as a friend, cause your awesome xD ne?

I live in Queens. Telling you anything beyond that might get me stalkers. xO

There's a huge mall right next to my school, but everyone who works there seems to be thirty years old, fat, lazy, and chain smokers (seriously, there hasn't been a time I walked by there and there hasn't been someone out front smoking. Even in winter!).

...But I never thought of the movie theater! =3 I'm going out to look tomorrow anyway, maybe I'll try there. I heard you get to see movies for free, is that true?

FRIEND!! *glomps* x33333
