Question: Name of a Yuuram Fanfic

Hi! I was wondering if you could help me remember the name of this Yuuram fanfic I read a while ago. I don't remember where I read it though, but the story went more or less like this: Yuuri and Wolfram sleep together (don't recall the circumstances), but then I think Yuuri said it had been a mistake or something like that. The thing is that Wolfram got pregnant and he decided to leave the castle. I believe it was Conrad who helped him escape, he handed Wolfram to Yozak. The spy took Wolfram to his hidden little cotage and they stayed there as Wolfram's pregnancy went on. I remember Yuuri went looking for Wolfram later in the story.
I've been wanting to read it again but I just can't find it. Thanks for your help!
