Basically apart from that new picture all the rest of the artbook was full of old drawings?;_;
I'll still buy it for the short bonus thing Takabayashi wrote tho but..it's sad to spend so much money over something that has one one new picture...

But it's quite expensive considering how high is yen now >_< If I have to spend money I'd like to fangirl also on some new pics not only on the old ones ._.

But for me since as of now yen is twice the exchange it was last year it's a different situation. I would spend more, but still I said in my first reply that I'll buy it already, I didn't see the problem to begin with.

I was just a little disappointed, that's all.

Artbooks generally don't have new pictures. They usually compile book covers, promo materials, color pages. Of course, everything is without text and bigger, collected in a gorgeous book :D Happens with all artbooks of all series ^^

Two new pictures.

Plus the Asuka clear poster illustration, which has only been printed once before, on said zen-in clear poster, and rarely seen since.

Plus having large, B5-size versions of those tiny CD jacket illustrations. ;)

Plus having clean, textless versions of lots of manga illustrations (which I didn't scan).

And besides...

That's pretty normal for most artbooks, isn't it...?

Considering how high is yen now compared to last year if there were only old drawings, clean or not I would think twice before buying it, but simply because as much as I like the pictures I don't exactly like to spend money for things I already saw.

I don't usually buy artbooks but if there are 30 pictures in an artbook I pay around 20 dollars, I'd hope at least 5 of them would be new...but that's just me...

However as I said, I'll still buy it for the bonus thing but definitely in Japan, not from here, it would become really expensive...
