Question about Adalbert
I'm curious about something...
Is it just me, or does Adalbert have the ability to use houseki? I know that it's mentioned in the anime that the houseki stones make full blooded Mazoku weak, unable to use their powers and can hurt them as well. But yet he's used them on quite a few occasions without any noticeable side effects. Isn't he full blooded as well? Is it because he lives amongst the humans? Or is this something that is only in the anime? I've only read the translations of the novels that people have been nice enough to post; so maybe he doesn't use it there? It's not a pressing issue, just one that makes its self noticeable enough to disturb me while watching the series.
