LIVE REPORTS
December 5, 2oo8 PM 18oo Show
o1. コ・ワ・レ・ソ・ウ {Kowaresou}
The main red curtain was already up before the show started, which I found a bit weird. The music started and a bunch of juniors came up on stage. And what a big big surprise, the Veteran was there too. OH. EM. GEE. Bun-chan!!! He made me forgot that I was there for B.A.D con for a few seconds. But then B.A.D was raised up, Junta was wearing a red pants, Akito had blue on. They both were wearing sunglasses which made them look like a rockstar. They sang the “I wanna dakishimetai~!” song. After the first chorus ended they took off the sunglasses, walked down to the main stage and danced.
o2. Blow Out
All the juniors were on the stage rocking to the song. At the end of the song, Junta took off his jacket. At some point he did some hip-roll and I’m gone to the cloud nine~
EDIT // Dec8th
o3. Let's Go Let's Go
I knew I forgot smtg! A V.West song~
o4. シタバタ純情 {Shitabata Junjou}
They put on a new jacket- Junta had a long red jacket and Akito’s blue. I love love love this song since they first sang it in Music Station with Takaki back then, so I was so happy when the intro came out. Kyaa~~! My favourite is this part close to the ending when BAD line up and do Exile-ish dance move- love the way Junta move- love Junta… /endless
o5. 止まらない想い {Tomaranai Omoi}
The full version. One of my The B.A.D song, and I wasn’t expecting them to sing it at the beginning but it was a nice surprise. Not having Bun-chan on the same stage with Junta helped me to focus on Junta solely- that boy may or may not have a habit tilting his head to the left side and do some cute pose and turn fangirls into a puddle of goo.
GREETINGS
They both greeted the audience- welcome to the show and thank us for coming. Junta said he woke up around 7 to 8 that morning because he can’t slept and was worried whether the audience will come or not. Akito told us that there’ll be no security ropes or guards at the hanamichi and the path between seats because they trust B.A.D fans. Talk about safety and Junta did this cute jumping action (the jumping the fans always do at concerts, you know the jump at the same spot?). So adorable [squishes him]
MEMBER INTRO DANCE
Akito went backstage. The lights were turned off and Junta did his signature pose- the Sailormoon peace. He danced a little before disappeared to backstage and Little Gangs came out on the raised platform. They were introduced one by one- I don’t remember all but am pretty sure Kusumoto Yukito, Goku, Backes and maybe Jo were there. Then it was the Veterans turn, they danced one by one on the raised platfrom- Muro Big Brother to Itou to Kiku to Kunta and lastly Bun-chan. Bun-chan danced his way down and he switched with Akito.
Akito was out bringing a glow-in-the-dark rope with him and he danced a little before the lights were turned off. Some chibis came out wearing shiny tops and glow in the dark ropes too. At some point he switched with other Jr and sneaked to the backstage (I know I’m not supposed to catch that, but oh well~).
The song ended and juniors in black suits with red shirts came out.
o6. 愛してる {Aishiteru}
White screen was down and we can see two silhouettes on it. Four juniors were in front of it and followed the dance that the two silhouettes did. At some point, one of the silhouettes will stand still and other one will continue dancing, and at this time 2 of the four juniors will stop moving while the other two will follow the dance. It was so cool. The music has this some Mexican feeling to it and reminded me of beaches and sunset and hot guys.
The white screen was scrolled up then and B.A.D appeared, each hanging onto a rope from the ceiling. They both wore shiny black suits with red shirts plus black necktie which made Junta look hundred times hotter than usual. Or it could be because *I* have some weird fixation with guys in red. Oh! He also had a fedora with a cute small red ribbon on.
As they sang they came down to the stage using the rope. The song has some sexy dance to it.
o7. Medley (White Christmas(?) ~ Beautiful Days ~ V6 song by Bun (and it’s not 蝶{Chou}) ~ Mayonaka no Shadow Boy)
Lots of Juniors dancing on the stage. Little Gangs sang Mayonaka no Shadow Boy with chibi juniors on the raised platform.
o8. Happy Birthday // Akito ~ Secret Code // Junta
Akito appeared on the hanamichi and sang the NEWS song with some other junior. Then Junta was at the centre singing the KinKi Kids song. Juniors backdanced for him, some of them were going up and down on a fake stairs.
o9. Amagasa
Juniors only. I don’t remember much about this song ><
1o. Musekinin Hero
aldekdewdecef K8 song! Musekinin Hero! And and Junta appeared on the 2nd floor balcony on the left side. And Bun’ichi was on the 3rd floor just above Junta! We all did the participant dance- “Jajaja~nn!”. Ah! At the other side, Akito was on the 2nd floor and Kunta was on the 3rd. After the song ended both Bun-chan and Kunta disappeared leaving only B.A.D.
MINI MC
B.A.D did some talking from the balcony. They first asked us to sit down. Akito said it kinda feel refreshing to have MC from the balcony (lol of course, I don’t think anyone ever do that before!). They also said since they were given chance to do solo shows like this, they’re going to use it to show that they are able to do a lot of things.
“So, today we’re going to do some skit~!”
They both went behind the curtain and spotlights were turned to the main stage.
SKIT
Some juniors were dancing at the stage, with a tall, gangly …guy in a frilly sleeves red top, gold wrap skirt and dark tights aka The Choreographer (Muro Tatsuki) was giving them er, instructions. There were also more juniors on the raised platform with another tall guy in a net shirt aka The Stylist (Kunta) dancing. Suddenly a guy clad in shiny gold suits aka the Boss (Bun-chan) came in, followed by his strikingly handsome secretary (Amano Ken) and began fake-kick some of the chibis. Then, from afar (the hanamichi) came up the famous Kansai Kids (Itou and Kiku) *coughs*KinKi Kids, anyone?*coughs* who were in all white, they even have white feather stole wrapped around their neck. Ah! Kiku has a red shiny heart at the middle of his tank top, while Itou had a blue one.
The Boss then waltzed to his big work table and The Strikingly Handsome Secretary quickly went up behind up him, massaging his shoulders. The Choreographer & The Stylist dismissed the chibis and went up to where The Boss was sitting. The Choreographer was all spread on the table in a *cough* very sexy manner. He whined to The Boss that they need a new face, and pointing to Kansai Kids, he said that they’re already old. The Boss defended Kansai Kids saying that they maybe a bit old, but they’re the company previous talent. Kiku, in a sort of sexy voice thanked The Boss and said he’ll do anything for him. That earned him a kimoi! from The Choreographer. The Boss then agreed to start recruiting new talent and both The Choreographer and The Stylist went their way in search for new face. “I’m going to catch a good guy!” said The Choreographer as he walked away from the stage.
Junta and Akito came up on stage, they both had white jacket with blue jeans. And a shiny top inside- Junta’s black and Akito was red. They both were a bit down because they have been running up and down talent companies but so far no success. According to Junta, they already went to 30 auditions and failed 43 of it LOL Akito told Junta this is going to be his last try and they’re going to try for the biggest talent company in Osaka. They both walked to the company. Akito knocked the door and was invited in by The Strikingly Handsome Secretary.
They both introduced themselves and said they’re coming for audition. The Boss let them do audition (oh my, this part was so hilarious, just imagine Bun-chan with that voice of his saying “Ii yo.”) The Boss then threw his legs on the table. Upon seeing this, Akito tsukkomi-ed him by saying his legs are short lol
Junta and Akito sang “Iseijin” (the song from Spirits!! DVD). Complete with the choreo and Junta was all smiley and danced so energetically and was so adorable. He did the tilt his head to one side and then peace! again. Some juniors came out backdancing for them. The Boss and The Strikingly Handsome Secretary danced too, and at some point they did the duck dance a~la K8 did in Excite!!
They finished singing and turned to The Boss. But The Boss didn’t like it. “Akan! Zenzen akan!” said The Boss. Akito asked what was not good since they were pretty confident with their performance. The Boss pointed that their choreography was wrong all over so he’s going to call the company choreographer.
“Chotto kite~! (= Come here)” The Boss called out The Choreographer. And in all his, er, her, er, grace, The Choreographer came out. Akito asked The Choreographer whether he’s a guy or a woman. He answered that he’s a half-half. The Boss asked him to teach Junta and Akito new choreography for their song. So he did. The choreography has some weird moves which I don’t know how to explain. And Junta and Akito copied him. Then The Boss said he want to see only Junta and Akito do it. So they danced to Iseijin once again. Chibis backdanced for them again, and The Boss + The Choreographer joined in too. The Strikingly Handsome Secretary sat on The Boss chair with his legs on the table and started to spin the chair but stood up immediately when the song ended and The Boss turned toward him.
Junta asked The Boss how was their performance this time, but The Boss still don’t like it. This time it was their costume. “Dasai! Dasasugiru!” (= Not fashionable at all!) complained The Boss. He called out The Stylist. Akito pointed out to The Stylist that they can see his nipples. The Stylist told them he already prepared extra special costumes for them. So Junta and Akito went to the “dressing room” on the stage in which they have white cloth so that we the audience could see their silhouettes while they were changing clothes. I, er don’t really want to see it, but but at the same time, it’s Junta! Changing clothes in front of me! Just right there! Nya~~! So I kinda peeked through my uchiwa, and my oh my, he has such a slim waist and I shall stop here before I start to venture how slim, but muscular his arms were. Oops! I swear I didn’t stare at his silhouette all the time! While they were changing clothes, The Choreographer and The Stylist peeked at them and made some comments like Junta has a body of a teen(?) and Akito has a nice body. Then Junta and Akito came out wearing school girls uniforms! Kya~! Junta was SO SO SO cute in it. He even had clip on his hair (o^3^)o
They sang Iseijin again with the new choreograph. After the song ended, they both kept pulling their socks and skirts up ^^;; The Boss then made them do some mini skit in the school girl uniform. Basically the mini skit is about two girls who were at a pool and playing fighting in the water. First, Junta was trying to hit Akito, Akito get away, Akito smacked Junta with a slipper. Junta stopped the “game” and complained why Akito had a slipper with him. Akito said that it was his weapon. Junta said it’s not fair because he doesn’t have one. Akito gave him a shoe lace that he took from his loose socks. They started fighting again. Junta was about to hit Akito with the shoe lace when Akito suddenly screamed “I already lost!” and threw a fit and said he don’t want to play anymore. He stomped his feet and made some weird movement (Muro, Kunta and Amano was bursting out laughing at the back during this.) But in the end they played it again. Akito just kept moving away and didn’t let Junta hit him. Junta tsukkomi-ed him. The mini skit ended. But The Boss still don’t like it.
Suddenly, fangirls are screaming and from far away (the hanamichi) came out Kansai Kids. They walked to the main stage in a very idol-esque style. Junta and Akito freaked out upon the appearance of famous idol Kansai Kids. Akito suggested to The Boss since the company’s best talent is here why don’t Kansai Kids sing some songs so that they can know the company’s level. The Boss said “Ee yo!” (=^_^=) (I’m sorry, I can’t help but cracked up every time Bun-chan said that). Junta and Akito excused themselves to change while the other sang K8’s Osaka Romanesque to Iseijin tune. I don’t know why it’s surprisingly fits. Junta and Akito finished changing and they joined the rest. They wanted to sing some songs to Iseijin too so The Boss ee yo-ed. This time they sang Arashi’s One Love. The Strikingly Handsome Secretary did the weird duck dance again with The Boss.
The Boss said he’s going to accept Junta and Akito into their company. They’re going to do concert at Shochikuza right away and The Boss already thought a name for them. It was B.A.D. Akito asked The Boss what does it stands for and for a second Bun-chan freeze before answering it’s Beautiful American Dream (and he also told Akito, of course I knew the meaning!)
11. Winter Lover
They made Bun-chan(?) to rile up the audience. Everyone joined to sing and dance for this song.
After the song ended everyone went backstage and left only B.A.D.
MC上
Junta’s going to be on the Kansai TV 50 year special program on this 26th. He went to South Africa to do the shooting and he was all tanned after that. Some people even mistook his as a Thai and they even spoke to him in Thai language.
They also talked about Junta favourite mom cooking- which was a Spanish food.
12. 桜道 {Sakura Michi}
They both sat on a smaller raised platform. It’s a nice love song, and they have sakura patterns on the back screen. At the end of the last chorus, the ceiling was lit up with pink lights and sakura patterns and it just so pretty.
MC下
After they finished singing, Junta said he wants to fall in love and get married and all. Akito asked him how many children he wants to have, and Junta answered at least two. While Akito wanted children as many as a baseball team player.
Junta went backstage to get ready for his solo. Akito talked about Takaki Yuya. So according to him, despite of his cool outer appearance Takaki is actually very adorable. There’s this one time when they were filming Gokusen3, they were sharing a room/apartment and Akito had a pajama that he brought from Osaka with him. One day, he was the last person to come back to their place and Junta and Takaki were already home. The first thing that he saw was Takaki who was lying on the floor wearing his pajama and reading some magazine. Takaki welcome him back with big smile and Akito was like, …that’s my pajama! Since Takaki said nothing and continued reading Akito just let it go. Also recently, while Akito was out in town with a friend, he went into the convenience store when suddenly Takaki called him. He whispered to Takaki but Takaki in all pitched voice greeted him back. Apparently Takaki was all happy about something but I don’t really remember what the talk was about.
13. MOMENT // Junta Solo
Junta came out in the same outfit he wore during the Gaisen Concert in September- white jacket and white pants, black tank top and a fur-chain belt. The song have some very cool sexy moves and addictive chorus. I personally think it really suits Junta’s voice. The Veterans backdanced for him.
14. ??? // Akito Solo
The lights went off and one spotlight was pointed to the center of the stage. Akito came up behind a net fence thingy and after the chorus he kicked off the fence. The song has a rock edge to it and Akito totally rocks it. Amano, Matori, and other 2 juniors backdanced for him.
15. Will be Alright (?) // Little Gangs
Did Yukito just rolled his hips during this song? O_o O dear, our Juniors has grown up don’t they?
16. 愛革命 {Ai Kakumei}
Junta appeared on the edge of hanamichi close to the stage. He did some monologue before walking to the middle stage and was joined by Akito, the Veterans and maybe Little Gangs too (because I remembered Yukito was there).
17. Explosion // Veteran
The Veterans gathered on the raised platform and the lights were turned off and then the opening music started. Kyaa~! Can’t believe they decided to sing this song! While the other member sang, Kunta harmonized with a rap. It’s a really nice touch! I somehow was glad they didn’t rip off their shirts like K8 did because a) I don’t think I can handle the hotness and/or b) I’ll feel so wrong for lusting over my pets >.<;;
18. 俺たちの青春 {Oretachi no Seishun}
B.A.D appeared from the back of audience and walked through the aisle as they sing the opening. Junta was on the left side and Akito was on the right side.
19. Magnetic
Kyaaaaaaaa~! Magnetic is my other The B.A.D song! Was so happy when they sang it. The Veterans was the backdancers during this song. They were wearing the same outfit as in the Shokura episode (the one where BOYS, OSSaN and the Veterans backdanced for B.A.D).
2o. Believe My Story
All the chibi juniors came out and sing and dance along to the song. The song sounded so familiar and it took me a while to realize that it was a V.West song.
21. ???
I’m pretty sure they sang a song here but don’t quote me on this…
22. 鼓動 {Kodou}
I love this song! It’s a ballad song, and it just fits B.A.D voice so well.
They thanked everyone for coming and then B.A.D introduced the members one by one. They all went backstage.
ENCORE
23. ロマンティック {Romantic}
They came back so fast this time! Everyone was out and dancing weird dances and waving to the fans while singing. Junta came to the hanamichi and pretended that he’s going to blow a kiss but he stopped halfway. But before they all went backstage, he did blow a kiss (^3^)//
AFTER SHOW/THOUGHTS
I’m so proud of B.A.D! They just get better and better at every concert! I’m also so happy that I got to see Junta talked so much because usually at Kansai Jr concerts, it’s Akito and Dai-chan who do most of the talking. Ah! The Veterans being there was such a nice surprise too! Bun-chan voice = <3.
