Christmas
so...Christmas was nice, even though my family can be kind of exhausting in large quantities. But mostly, it was really nice. We had the usual traditional Christmas Eve, which was going to the botanical garden where a brass band plays christmas songs every year, and then having coffee and cookies at our house, and dinner (which was non-traditional this year, we had fish), and then the presents *g*
I got a GPS for my car (yay, never getting lost again), but my dad needs to put in a 12V outlet in my car, because it doesn't have one yet. I also got a picture frame for several small pictures and a nice address book.
From my brother, I got a bag for the GPS so it won't get scratched in my bag.
My aunt got me a really nice baking recipe book for tartes, can't wait too bake something out of it. From my uncle I got a 50€ IKEA gift card, which is perfect, because I want to buy a new bookshelf anyways.
My best friend Christian gave me a really pretty (and probably really expensive) mug, it's made of bone china with poppy flowers painted on it.
And I got the best present ever from Mathias: a plush tank. which is so awesome, because I like tanks, and he made it because he remembered something I said at a party in May about how awesome a plush tank would be *g*
I miss him a lot, but time flies anyways, and I'll see him again in less than a week.
