how the fuck are you going to criminalize saggy pants. and why is there a need to amend the state's constitution to ban gay marriage. how is it a good idea to spend an average of $70,000 per year per kid to lock them up while we spend $6000 a year to educate kids in schools. and how the fuck can we have double the incarceration rate of the rest of america and still think we need to lock up even more people?
