Also, you will have to meet my roomie (AJ) and it will have to be okay with him if you move in or not. If you want, you can move in by the first, probably.

I have a month so there's no great rush just yet, but I appreciate you offering me a place to live.. how is this AJ, a nice guy I hope?

He's nice. keeps to himself. If you move in, we'll have you sign some papers so that there aren't any issues with money. That way he can't turn around and say something's different than what it actually is. (He's done that with me, but I never signed any papers, besides the lease.) I have to get a second job before he'll tell the other two roomies to move, so it might actually be a month before the place is ready.

Our lease is up in November, but we're thinking of signing a new lease for another 6 or 7 months. Come hang out so you can get to know AJ and see the apartment. :)
