Summary: Kyo comes home pissed off that Miyavi and Uruha got away and finds a secret message in his room. Meanwhile, Miyavi and Uruha suggests that Miyavi's brother, Aki, join the yakuza.
Author's Notes: Nothing too bad, but a pissed off Kyo. lol Sorry for the wait, but I had to type chapter 11 first.
2:45 am - East Japan
Closing the door behind him, Kyo heads for the kitchen in the dark and makes it to the refrigerator. He opens it and pulls out a bottle of beer, then goes to his room. Feeling exhausted, he falls back on the bed and takes a small sip with a soft sigh.
He looks up at the ceiling and takes a slightly longer sip. He sits up, puts the bottle on the nightstand, and gets up to change. He unbuttons his shirt as he walks to the bathroom, switching the light on.
The blonde’s blank expression soon turned into slight surprise and irritation. He stares at his mirror as he walks in more, reading the bloody message.
I wish you would understand how much you mean to me. I love you, Kyo. Let’s make this forever. - Ruki
Quickly switching the light off, he begins to gather his things and put them in a bag.
“Where are you going?” a familiar voice interrupts.
Kyo looks up, making a slightly disgusted expression, and continues to pack as he answers, “I’m getting away from you.”
“But why?” his younger brother asks, approaching him from behind and wrapping his arms around the other’s waist. “I thought we had something, Kyo.”
The older man groans and pushes Ruki away, before zipping up his bag. He picks it up and sits the strap of it on his shoulder, walking out the room.
Ruki blinks and watches him leave the bedroom. “Will you be back for me?” he asks with a small frown.
“Yeah. When they take you away,” Kyo answers, exiting the house.
He gets in his car, pulls out his phone, and dials a number as he starts the engine. He pulls out the driveway and switches sides with his phone.
“Die-san,” he begins, “I need a place to stay for the night.”
He pauses for a moment. “Yeah~ Ruki’s being even odder than before.”
He nods a bit and hangs up, dialing another number.
“Hey, did I wake you?” he asks.
“Good. I need to see you soon. Can I come over tomorrow night?” He pauses, then smiles to himself. “Aishiteru yo,” he says softly, before hanging up.
10:15 am - West Japan
The empty beer bottle shatters from afar as the young man lowers the pistol. Asagi smirks at the other’s consistent accuracy and nods a bit to himself. He walks away for a moment, gathering the other members of the yakuza.
“So, what do you think? He did save our asses last night,” Miyavi conveys.
“And you should’ve seen how fast he is with a gun. He could practically assemble the whole thing blindfolded!” Uruha adds.
The older man nods at their comments and glances over at the last member. Kirito shoves his hands in his pockets and looks over at the other.
“You think he can handle this like a professional? You know how much I hate working with amateurs that get all gun happy,” Kirito asks.
Asagi examines Aki as he waits for their approval. He breaks away from the group and approaches the younger man.
“I assume you know all the rules to being in a secret organization like this from your brother,” he says.
“Hai and if I need to know anything else, I’ll make sure to ask. No mistakes,” Aki promises.
The dark haired man nods and returns to the group. “Alright, he’s in,” he confirms.
