Author's Notes: I hope I'm not too vague in this.
It was five years ago, when Niikura Kaoru took advantage of his relationship with Miyavi’s best friend, Toshiya. It was a late night and the two of them had been out for the evening, drinking and dancing at some club downtown. Kaoru knew his koi had some deep feelings for him, so he checked out the most expensive hotel in central Japan.
Everything seemed perfect until Toshiya made a wrong move during their “special” night. Kaoru walked out the next morning, leaving the emotionally broken man alone in their room.
After three months of neglecting his ex, Toshiya went back to his old ways of ecstasy and prostitution. Luckily, Miyavi found his closes friend about to get raped in an alleyway by one his “customers”.
With several months of rehabilitation and support, Toshiya dropped his bad habit and went back to dating. As for Kaoru, he had a much bigger goal he wanted to accomplish.
Two years ago, this sly man walked into a casino and basically lost everything until a rich executive sat at the blackjack table. He noticed Kaoru appearing half drunk and banging his head on the table.
The sophisticated man made an offer to the card dealer that would help the other out, if he won, and fortunately, he did. Kaoru received everything back and more. The rich fellow examined the grateful young man’s appearance and offered him an interesting proposition that would earn him loads of money and partial ownership of his company on the east side of Japan.
They shook hands and from there, Kaoru used his clever “negotiating” skills and built up this empire, making him the second richest man in the country. Until one morning, he came back to his building and found it broken into. He checked his stock and noticed everything was stolen and vandalized by his opposing business in West Japan.
Thinking that nothing could be worse, he went to the bank to hopefully replace the goods and found out someone had withdrew more than half of his fortune. Kaoru was completely enraged by his loss and decided to get revenge for their evil deeds.
It was only last year when Kaoru’s men fought back and took out one of their opponents. It became Kaoru’s personal mission to regain his power and take over west Japan’s empire, causing him to put his boss out of business and becoming the richest man in the country, as well.
