TL;DR essayage on Kyoko's personality
So, I'm on the six month mark with Kyoko and I'm thinking of doing some TL;DR with her.
So.... where to start?
First off, she's not as innocent as people seem to think she is. It's just she's got no existential crisis regarding her birth and one of the most straightforward motivations ever. She's still a selfish brat once you get down to it and would easily flip sides and go along with someone "evil" if they could offer her better circumstances than CO would.
Considering you can't get much better than access to practically any world in the multiverse and all the resources they have to offer and the conversion of even a couple Plat to any plane's home currency is ridiculously high? It'd better be a damned good offer. She has it good and she knows it. Maybe if she ever does enough to finally get jaded by everything she'll considering going someplace besides CO, but that could take years considering she (and her mun) keeps finding things to do.
While she does her best to separate herself out from Kyonko--it's probably her one identity issue and not much of one at that--she does have her "original" self's genre savvy and a ridiculous amount of common sense. It's part of how she knows how to embarrass people so well and why she knows better than to pull her antics where a dozen people with super powers won't come to help her if she screams for help at the top of her lungs. It's also why she feels any existential crisis she "should" have isn't very relevant. Kyoko is her own person, her personality varies greatly from Kyonko's and she doesn't even look like the other girl anymore. She also knows why she was born and knows better than anyone she doesn't necessarily have to follow what she was born for. Hell, she doesn't understand why people even care about those thingts.
The same goes for when people question her about human suffering and tragedy. To this she usually points out there's just as much good in the multiverse so why worry too much about it? For every horrible thing there's something awesome out there and people just need to look for it. It's part of why she has her DO EVERYTHING, TRY EVERYTHING, MAKE MY DAY! attitude towards life.
