I went to anime club yesterday and we previewed the new titles for the fall. There were many mediocre shows and a few highly disturbing shows (as always) and a very amusing show called The World God Only Knows (which has an adorable protagonist).

Even if you don't like anime very much, you should watch 6:15 to 7:02. IT'S SO ~FABULOUS~

I invited one of my friends over for sandwiches and we talked for five hours. Yes, five hours. It's been so long since I just sat down and chatted with someone. Years, probably. Sometimes I feel like I can't connect to any of the other students at Penn. I've had bad luck with roommates, the kids in my major don't share the same interests as me, and my closest college friends are guys. (I offered to room with them a few years ago when they were looking for a fourth person, but they turned me down. Since then I've always felt a bit alienated from them.) Maybe it was a waste of time and maybe I should have been sleeping/doing homework, but still... It was nice. :D
