I'm not sure if you're referring to the Pokemon Special clearfile with all the DP human characters, or to the Palkia clearfile... but regardless, they are both available. I just forgot to price them.
They were selling for around $8-$10 each last I checked, but that was a while ago, so I'm willing to match prices if you know of any more recent closed auctions.

The non-holo rares I have not had a chance to photograph yet. The commons/uncommons I typically do not photograph (since they aren't worth the hassle). I am willing to look for specific Pokemon if you give me a list.
Most non-foil cards would be 50 cents each. A few of the rares or trainer cards might be more expensive if they are popular for tournament use/etc.
