A new chapter has taken place in the case of a missing three year old named Marcus Fiesel
Hamilton County Prosecutor Joe Deters has announced that charges have been filed against Marcus' foster mother Liz Carroll and her husband David in the death of the boy who was reported missing 13 days ago.
Deters said that investigators uncovered information that while the Carrolls were at a family reunion in Williamsburg, Kentucky, Marcus was placed in a closet in their Clermont County home for two days. After that, Deters said that Marcus' body was taken to a location in Brown County and incinerated.
Investigators have been unable to find the boy's body but now that they have a little better information they will be able to find where Marcus' body in interred.
Charges against the Carrolls are Involuntary Manslaughter, Gross Abuse of a Corpse and Child Endangerment.
Liz and David Carroll and David's live-in girlfriend Amy Baker were all in on the crime Deters said.
Deters also said that other charges are pending.
