Damn You Mind Splosion!
So I was chatting with frocta last night and we were discussing my latest mind splosion of ideas for con shit.
Weeeeelll we were talking and we started chatting about our little passing by idea we had at FWA this year because of the food in the lobby being like 10 Kagillion dollars for a sandwich.
SO I got to thinking and a light bulb popped on in my mind brains. I could make this work.
So I started sporting around the idea that maybe at a con, taking some of the soda and little foods (or some unique stuffs like popcorn or something) out of the con suite and having a traveling vendor (think baseball) walking around selling small food items, and soda to the con goers.
This initially worked in my head because the con wouldn't be spending any money that they weren't already going to be putting into the con suit anyway. And I also took into the account of the laziness of con goers. People like convenience, if they want something and it is right there for them to get, they well pay that dollar for a soda just so they dont have to travel to get it.
Also I was thinking, this would especially work well for when the con suit is closed, to have drinks and snack noms floating around the con for a price would definitely rake in some serious cash.
Oh and I did forget to mention that the money gained would be used toward the con charity, which in turn would sell the little foods and drinks also.
Plus I was like I could totally have fun with this...so I started looking up female 50's car hop outfits, with the skirts and the hats and stuff...I was like I could TOTALLY have fun with this, go around and sell stuff in a little girly outfit with ears and a tail...oh yea I could make this work :D
But that was the basic construction of my idea,
