Well its been a month and a half since i started working night shifts and it seems that sleep is no longer a possiblity for me. in the past month i have averged 4 hours of sleep per day with a few 6 hour sleep cycles thrown in to remind me what i am missing. i am so tired but no matter what i try i can't go to sleep, i have even did what i thought i would never do and started taken sleeping pills which seem to have no affect what so ever. its gotten to a point where i find myself thinking of hitting myself so hard that i might fall unconcious as a vabile ulternative to not sleeping.
anyway i needed to vent out a bit, if anyone has any idea (other then alchool) then please let me know
