What a glorious morning. We were able to keep the bedroom windows open overnight and this morning I woke to the golden light of a Spring sunrise in a room made deliciously cool by a light breeze. Now that beats being jarred awake by the alarm in pitch blackness any day. :)
I'm waiting for Slowpoke Rodriguez, aka Ashley, to get herself and Dahli around so we can go shopping. It was Ash's idea to go; my plan for today was to get out in the yard and get some much needed work done in my beds. My plan for every day I have off is to get that yardwork done but it hasn't happened yet. With Ash and Dahli demanding my time, and most days Jenn and Oliver as well, there aren't enough hours in the day to do what I need to do.
Well, I might as well dig into those dishes before we go. Later.
