Summary: Kevin and Scotty see Michelle after she moved back to the city with her new boyfriend. Based after the last episode so 5.08
At the Hospital
Wally sees Kevin in the arms of another man; slightly confused with the image in front of him.
He shouts “Kevin, where’s my son, where is Scotty?”
Kevin looks up at the mention of his name and push Jordan away when he sees Wally walking to him followed closely by Moira.
“Wally, I hadn’t expected to see you so soon” Kevin said straightening himself up and shaking Wally’s hand.
Wally was tempted to say “I’d bet” but decided that the hug could have meant anything and really all he wanted was to see his son.
“I’ll explain later, where is here?” Wally answered looking around.
“That one, only one person at a time” Kevin said making sure that Wally respected the doctors’ rules.
Wally nodded at Kevin and then a short smile to Moira, who returned it gently and then went into Scotty’s room.
Wally went in Scotty’s room and looked at his son lying on the bed; just like he was sleeping, he don’t know what had really happened except from the shooting but he didn’t look like he had been shot. He just looked like he was asleep; not moving, just having a peaceful dream. The only sign that he ill was that he was pale and of course the fact that he was in the hospital in the first place.
He carried on just staring at his son until he heard the commotion just outside the door.

Moira stood around awkwardly; she hadn’t met Kevin yet and was nervous that the first real meeting of her stepson (to be) and stepson-in-law was at a hospital and she didn’t know how to react; she started to twirl the ring on her left hand in circles, she was so nervous.
She wasn’t even sure if she should have come but knew that Wally would need her and that he would have driven like a manic to get here quicker so it was better for her to drive instead.
Kevin got a glimpse of the diamond on her ring and his jaw dropped “Moira, are you and Wally engaged?” Kevin asked confused as to why Scotty and he didn’t know.
“Um, yes” Moira said stuttering getting even more nervous, how would this man react to the news; especially when she knew that Wally was married when they got involved. She knew it wasn’t right but she fell quickly and fast for Wally.
“Congratulations” Kevin said and he really meant it; she and Wally seemed happy, plus it was Moira that pushed Wally to get back into Scotty’s life and that made Scotty happy; which in turn made Kevin happy seeing his husband happy.
Then everyone else (Jordan, Mario and Quinn) joined in a chorus of congratulation.
Wally came out the room having a fair idea what they were talking about and felt that he should explain himself.
“Wally, when did this happen, why didn’t you tell us?” Kevin asked wondering why they hadn’t been told.
“I was planning too, I asked Moira the night that you guys called me about the twins. I figured we better wait until you guys had settled in with the babies and we were busy moving as well” Wally explained slowly and noticed the lads gasp at the mention of the twins.
“Twins, you guys have babies?” Jordan asked shocked he didn’t even know this about his about this and he realised he did; he just hadn’t connected the dots from the Kevin’s meltdown earlier.
“Scotty never told me” Jordan said looking at Mario and Quinn and their faces confirmed that they didn’t know either.
“We only told our immediate family, plus we didn’t want to approach the subject of the twins and Michelle with you guys until everything was squared away” Kevin explained.
“Where are the twins anyway Kevin, I want to met them. I presume they’re with your mother” Wally said looking around; now that he knew
Scotty looked like he was going to be okay he wanted to met his grandchildren “I have to start my grandfather duty soon” he said rubbing his
hands together excitedly.
Kevin looked like he was going to throw up when he realized that he didn’t mention the babies getting kidnapped to Wally when he rang up.
“Um, the reason why Scotty was um” Kevin said not being able to say the word shot again “was the person was trying to take the babies. They’re missing” Kevin said walking away from the conservation and outside to get some fresh air and reprioritize. Right now he had to focus on Scotty and hope the Sam would be able to find the babies; he had to trust that feeling.
He breathed in deeply and tried to calm himself down, he had so many thoughts going on inside his mind he wasn’t sure how to process his emotions.
He didn’t even notice the whale of the siren as the ambulance approached the hospital.
What he didn’t notice was when there were a couple of paramedics being in a trolley with someone lying on it; and then he heard them mention a name.
He ran over to them and shouted that he knew the individual; he made to check if it was him or not.
He looked down at the man’ face looking up at him and recognised those glazed eyes looking at him.
He stood back in shock not knowing what to do; he watched as they wheeled the trolley through the entrance and was trying to stop the bleeding that was occurring.
He went to the wall of the hospitals’ building and fell down it feeling like he just lost his chance of finding their babies.

At the McQueen’s House
“Stop, don’t Dad please” Steve begged.
But he saw the resolved look on his dad’s face and the disappointment.
His dad went to the door.
Steve made a snap decision and put down the babies onto the couch and went for his gun just as his door opened the door to the Police.
He couldn’t believe that his dad would turn him in rather than protect him and his children.
He pointed his gun at the door entrance as Sam walked in and said “Don’t move”.
