I was watching this show today called Celebrity Fit Club on VH1... and Ive decided I want to lose weight... but I do not know where to start. Here are the downfalls:
I cannot and will not get on the Atkins diet. I am a very picky eater... and unfortunately I would rather not eat than eat most veggies. I love carbs. I wouldnt mind exercising if I didnt have so many back/hip/knee problems.
Maybe I'm just fucked at the idea of trying to lose weight... but I really want to try. I need ideas.
