Briefly catching everyone up
Well Bryan has now been an online buddy. I'm very excited. Usually I'm just left with e-mails but it's been crazy. I talk to him for hours several times a week now--very awesome stuff.
Tyler is not dying. Always a good thing.
My dog, Buddy, also is not dying...but is instead recovering nicely from spinal disk surgery.
Chewbacca is still bad and we still have to sing his theme song (alice in chains).
Scott is well Scott. We're no longer fighting. Woot. Although lets be honest, who can tell when we're fighting except the two of us...? haha well they don't realize why I'm bitchy--but everyone tends to suffer. Plus I'm a gossip---so I'm more than willing to say that he didn't tell me he wasn't coming to my birthday party, didn't answer my phone calls, didn't answer my e-mails for a week and 1/2 and missed the fight we would have had because he slept through it.
I, of course, was not without fault. I struck out and sucker punched him in an e-mail to get him to respond. I mixed work and pleasure--which I tend to do a lot.
Work is not going very well, though I'm hopeful it will get better from here. Transitions are always bumpy and I don't like change. So we'll see. I was very, very, very close to begging to work at the Aviation Museum cleaning closets--although that's still on the table.
Hmmmm let's see. I started belly dance, yoga starts in two weeks and I will actually go this round (less snow days hopefully, more routine). I'm going to be computer camp co/director depending on the week. Should be an interesting summer. Scott will be on speed dial when the computers start going wonky.
UHhhmmmm what else? Ahh, I'm volunteering at the College Park Aviation Museum. I'm working with the Veterans' History Project. It's cool. I haven't done a lot of it yet--but I'm hoping it'll take off.
My thesis is due Monday, then it'll be almost over. I get hooded in May. Yup Yup.
