Hello all you wonderful weird fuckers out there!
Well, my exams are finally over, two and half months of jamming unpleasant and ugly financial crap into my brain. My estimate is that I've passed, so i probably won't be getting the sack right yet.
So, what's new?
Well, Cat and I are nicely ensconced in Norwich. We've got a lovely little terrance house in the golden triangle area and have a lodger in the form of the a black and white cat called Max. He moved in shortly after we did, and hasn't shown any indications of ever leaving.
I started work properly yesterday. I'm working in Capital Management for Norwich Union General Insurance. My team manages £4.7 billion, though with my assistance this will surely go down.
I've not really done much except work since i got here and for most of the last month I've been away in Cambridge on study leave. 'Leave' perhaps isn't the right word. Failing a single exam was grounds for dismissal, and the course was pretty damn intensive. I don't think i've worked so much since finals.
