Yes, today was a good day! First of all, I got my tax rebate. So, I couldn't wait to get out and start spending it! I finally bought one of those cool USB memory stick things, I wanted to get one for a long time.
Tonight was my Marine toad presentation. It went pretty well, I guess. We were only supposed to talk for 15-20 mins. I guess I went a little overboard. I talked for like 50 mins, whoopsie! I guess the prof. liked it though. I finally got around to talking to him about joining his lab. So now I'm going to be getting ready to do research, real research, this summer. Yay!
And, I've decided to stay with the animal husbandry dept. and withdraw my job application for the other, higher-paying but probably more-boring position. Let's hope I don't regret this decision.
