Today was an interesting day, I helped management develop ways to train our agents to handle calls and concerns from our customers in regards to our rate increases at the end of this year and beginning of next year. What a fun time that was. It'll be a tough time, and it's tough to do it when econimic times are rough for everyone, but all companies do it and we'll hope we can make the best of it. Work has been very busy lately, with so many things changing constantly. While I embrace and like change, I agree that too many changes have been happening too quickly which do not allow us to make the best decisions as a whole for our customres. I know that things will get better shortly.
School is still tough, taking these classes that do not interest me, but I cannot wait until I'm done. I have a very large paper to do this weekend, so that will consume much of my time. The rest of the time I plan on spending with Mike, as his new job has taken up a lot of his weekends, and he has this weekend off, yeay. :)
The other night Mike got a call from ADT, saying someone broke in his store in Zone 4, it was quite freaky. We went there and nothing was broken, probably just someone skaing the door really loud. We have never received a call from an alarm company, and just before midnight, it was a bit scary.
