"So how do we explain the swastika?"

Aug 30, 2004 18:54

It seems like I can't enroll in an honors course where something involving nazis, the socialist movement or the holocaust is somehow related to what we are studying.  In english, almost every story we read we could twist into having some relation to the holocaust or the nazi movement.  Today in Econ it happened again - a graph we were drawing on supply and demand ended up being a swastika.

I didn't really learn much today though, mainly because I was tired from driving back from Seattle.  PAX was fun.  Not incredible amazing, but not horrible.  The only problem was that there were too many people and not enough space or facilities to handle them all.  It was nearly impossible to get into any of the events if you weren't there early enough.  I didn't get to play Halo 2 because the line started forming SIX HOURS before it happened.  That was pretty disappointing,  but oh well.  I brought home a case of Bawls, lots of posters and a couple t-shirts.

Oye...must sleep...or something like it.
