For those who missed it, John Barrowman (Captain Jack Harkness) discovered a fan-made manip (NSFW) of Jack and The Doctor (David Tennant) and twittered about it. He infamously stated about the manip "I want to know who's [sic] Gold High tops are they." This has turned into a fandom meme of epic proportions. See this post here.
