Photoshop/graphics HELP!!!

Hello dear friends! I am working on the graphic for our t-shirts for my big cake show coming up at the end of February. I've done it in photoshop but need it broken up into separate colors preferably in vector format with something like Adobe Illustrator.

Do any of you have such l33t skillz? Would you be willing to help me out?
