P-Safe Sucks
So this Saturday there was a threat against my school. Some guy posted on the internet that he was going to go to Alumni Mall (the middle of the school) and shoot and kill as many people as he could before the police killed him. That happened at about 12:00pm. No one knew. LMU didn't alert anyone and I only found out because the roommate of one of the guys I was with was watching the news, saw it and decided to call him. I called my roommate after and a few other people and no one had heard about it (this was like at 7:00 or 8:00pm). My roommate called public safty to see if it was all true and they very reluctently admited to it. I just think that was stupid, I mean luckly I was off campus but if I were there I would like to be informed if there is a psycho killer on the lose. They ended up catching the guy at 12:15am twelve hours later, he was a senior living on campus. I just think it's so stupid that after the Virgina Tech Massacre this year they would have really put more effort into that sort of thing, I mean they have our numbers and our school does that mass text message thing so why didn't anyone get one? So pretty much P-Safe just sucks.
