Where do I begin? I got pulled into a meeting the DYJ our Manager and the two T/L's and it wasn't pretty. I'm not going to get into it to much BUT I'm pissed off right now. I don't understand how you can have an issue with someone above you and when you says something about it and you bring it to their attention, they bascially tell you it's all in your head. And to add salt the Manager tells you that if you don't feel comfortable going to your T/L or someone above you, maybe "I" should find something else because this is not for me. How the fuck is that okay to say to someone you is telling you how they feel. I don't feel comfotable going to "her" so I guess I need to find something else.
How do you go to your superv. or a manager to express your feels and they tell you if you don't like it leave?
I guess all the bullshit that goes on around here from "them" or "her" watching everything that I do from "certain" people walking around not working; I guess that is all in my head and I made it "ALL" up.
