(no subject)
Well Welcome to spring. It is that time of year again the spawn getting another year older. Kym is officially 16 ::shudders:: time for all to stay OFF the sidewalks and run for your lives. She is not driving as of yet but she is making noises about wanting to learn. That truly terrifies me.
Well step mom went home from the hospital went back in had the heart surgery. Went back home and is yet again back in to the hospital. Another round of heart failure. This time the fluid was bad enough to cause problems with her kidneys. What does this mean in the long run? According to the information they have been given that the heart failure is never going to go away but can be less severe. I got to talk to Step mom today on the phone for a little bit and was really hard to understand what she was saying. She said though that she want to sell the house they are in now. As she puts it I just can't keep it up. They have a big two story house with a basement and five acres. Will they actually sell it I do not know. But if they do I think they will just get a smaller place with less land.
As to everything else things are pretty good. Just the same old stuff Nomadd working and going to school, us having to do housework and busy running around. Although this weekend we may go to renfair all depending on how the weather holds up. We have a storm coming in at some point today.
Although here is an odd thing. This morning at 8:30am there was a very violent shaking of the apartment building. At first I thought maybe someone had run in to the back of the building. I look outside nothing there. So ok maybe it is an earthquake. So I log on to USGS.gov and NOTHING about an earthquake. Ok usually they report these things fast. So call a local news station and they say we have NO clue what it was but people all over from Ocean beach to Miramar felt it. So far no one know for sure what the cause was. They speculate it was a sonic boom but that is odd it was felt over such a large area. So waiting to see what the evening news says about it.
