Japanese Noodles - MIHARU

As requested by photog, the Miharu japanese ramen restaurant at Gallery Hotel, Riverside Walk. The design is typical of what you'll find in central tokyo - there are only 4 small tables and a short row of seats around the cooking area. Noodles are impudently unlocalized and thus, you'll find chewy yellow noodles bathed in a thick layer of sesame oil that floats on top of salty miso soup. I shall emphasize, very oily and salty. Try at ur own risk!
