(no subject)
Argh. I just figured out I made a stupid mistake today. I digested my DNA with the BamH1 restriction enzyme instead of the BsaH1 restriction enzyme. That puts me behind a day. Two days, technically, since I dropped and broke the gel the first time I did this digestion. Someone doesn't want me getting this construct....
On the plus side, when taking off my glove, I ripped it off my hand just like tear-away pants. It amused me to no end.
Lab is still two steps forward, one step sideways, two steps forward, a week standing still. Things are good, but I don't think my supervisor sent those recommendation letters I asked for. I don't want to go remind him, but I also don't want to not get into school. Ainh.
My physical therapy is working. I'm amazed. Surely I won't someday not have back pain?!
