I believe that 9/13 recent meals at home had the final touch placed on them by thesuperalice. She says she comes over and uses our kitchen, but when she leaves there is yummy salad left behind! And not just salad -- a bean, corn, onions, and bell peppers salad. Given that I claim to dislike corn and onions, and Holly claims to dislike onions and peppers, it is a favorite for both of us.
Let's see... the final dish that finished it off was using it in scrambled eggs that were served over breakfast potatoes! And there were a number of chip dishes (ok, so it was like salsa for plain chips and nachos a number of times... but when I cook dinner I like it simple -- and I'm lazy sometimes) that were delcious thanks to her as well. And I know there were other things I used some of it in, but I'm not remembering now. But they were good!
