I'm not really tired today, but I didn't run this morning. For a Holly-ish reason of a cute boy last night. Too bad he was only on the phone.
My bike commute in this morning was sloooooow and a very low HR. But it was nice... just calm and comfortable.
Tonight is Marc's party, and perhaps a swim on the way home. We shall see how timing works out.
