shtupid docs I hate you!
Ok... so say a doc gets paid a good part of what he is owed from one insurance company ($893 of $1318, for example). Then the doc bills the second insurance company... not for the remainder, but for the full amount! How evil is this of the doc?
(yes, the second insurance company rejected it, but because it took too long to get to them. However, they sent the doc a note saying "tell us why it was so late and we'll probably pay it". Doc, having already sent me to collections, said oh well I'll just let collections get it. Insurance let me know though, so I get to call and tell them the story and get them to pay the doc. I figure I will also at that time correct the amount the bill is for.)
