I fucking hate cell phone companies
Cingular can suck it. 3-5 days for activation of the phone. That was 6 days ago. I called. Oh, sorry, they said. Something in the original order was messed up so nothing has been done/can be done yet. Now they have fixed that (the question they asked? Did I do this online or in person... shit, how important could that be for activation???) and it will be another 1-2 days, and I should call if still nothing then.
So I asked how they were going to make it up to me since I'm not so happy at all with them so far (it took more than an hour longer than it should have to get the phone originally, etc) and am considering just canceling and going with someone else. They said that since I have no balance there is nothing they can do now, and that maybe if I call once it's activated I can get a courtesy credit. Shit, remind me not to pay my bills in the future!
Oh and I hate American Idol. If the hold music talks to me about it one more time, someone might lose an eye.
